How to cook shabu-shabu

The way of cooking is very important when it comes to shabu-shabu.  We can’t just dump everything in.

Meat goes in first

You should put the meat in first so that the soup can get the juice from the meat.

After that, put the vegetables in and cook. You will get the deep and rich flavor of the vegetables when mixed with the stock.

Then you dip the rest of the meat into it and eat it with the vegetables. Dip a piece of meat at a time and eat it with vegetables.

The best part of shabu-shabu is the porridge

Egg was put into the pot with the little soup, then added with rice . The rice is mixed and fried and shabu-shabu soup was poured in giving it a soft porridge texture.
